1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Gidfuvsez services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Gidfuvsez provides automotive maintenance and repair services including suspension work, paint services, and motor oil services. All work is performed by qualified technicians and is subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted upon service request. Payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. A 50% deposit may be required for larger jobs.

4. Warranty

All work performed carries a 12-month warranty on parts and labor, provided proper vehicle maintenance is observed. Warranty excludes normal wear and damage from misuse.

5. Liability

Gidfuvsez is not liable for damage to personal items left in vehicles. Customers assume responsibility for vehicle contents. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or parts availability issues.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a 25% fee. No-shows forfeit any deposit paid.

7. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed according to GDPR regulations. We collect only necessary information for service delivery and contact purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
